TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of round-the-clock direct physical protection services for persons and property together with monitoring at the building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Warsaw at 30 Wspólna Street (hereinafter referred to as “the building” or “the premises”), and support from the intervention group, as specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”, constituting Appendix No 1 to the Agreement. 2. The provision of services shall take place at the premises referred to in point 1 and within the area of the following streets: Wspólna, Krucza, Parkingowa and Żurawia, in accordance with the “Protection Plan for the Building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development”. 3.
