TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive investor supervision service together with technical coordination of the implementation of the task entitled: "Improving the quality of hydrotechnical infrastructure of the Goczałkowice Reservoir - General overhaul of the side dam of the Goczałkowice water reservoir - FESL.14.02-IZ.01-12E7/25". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No 7 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed terms and conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in Annex No 8 to the SWZ - - Draft contractual provisions that will be included in the wording of the public procurement contract. 4. Evidence in question: The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of evidence in question in the procedure conducted. 5.
