Performance of the service of comprehensive preparation and implementation of a media campaign entitled "Bezpieczni Piesi Małopolski" 1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive preparation and implementation of a media campaign entitled "Bezpieczni Piesi Małopolski", aimed at increasing public awareness regarding road traffic safety, increasing pedestrians’ awareness of the hazards present in road traffic, promoting the rules of safe road use, reducing the number of dangerous pedestrian behaviors, and increasing awareness about the rights and obligations in the relationship between pedestrians-drivers and drivers-pedestrians. The campaign should include the production of advertising materials intended for broadcast in social media, in public transport media, and on radio, as well as carrying out the campaign in those media. With its scope, the entire campaign should reach at least 1,000,000 recipients aged 25–59 and senior citizens 60+, both residents of Małopolska and persons visiting this region.2.
