TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive office and warehouse surface cleaning services at the premises of ARP S.A. at ul. Nowy Świat 6/12 in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Head Office”) and the provision of comprehensive office and warehouse surface cleaning services at the Records Office at ul. Kolejowa 15/17 in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Records Office”) for a period of 10 months – hereinafter: the Basic Contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to apply an Option, consisting in two opportunities to extend the term of the contract each time by a further 12 months, for a maximum of 24 months of the Service period specified in Section 6(1) of the SWZ – hereinafter: the Option. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance is included in the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: the Contract Template.
