TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for office and warehouse surfaces at the registered office of ARP S.A. at Nowy Świat 6/12 in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Head Office”) and the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for office and warehouse surfaces at the Registered Archive at Kolejowa 15/17 in Warsaw (hereinafter: “Archive”) for a period of 10 months – hereinafter: the Basic Contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to apply an Option consisting in twice the possibility to extend the term of the contract – each time by a further 12 months, for a maximum of 24 months of the term of the Service specified in Chapter 6(1) of the SWZ – hereinafter: the Option.
