TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service (simultaneous sale of electricity and ensuring the provision of its distribution service) for the needs of street lighting and buildings and facilities constituting the property of the Gmina Widawa for 2027 and 2028. The estimated total volume of electricity in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 (24 months) amounts to 1 820 699 kWh. A detailed list of facilities (electricity offtake points - PPE) of the Gmina Widawa together with tariff codes forms Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Prosumer structure (Photovoltaics): The points from item nos. 157 to 164 of the list of facilities (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) have active photovoltaic micro-installations with a total estimated two-year electricity offtake of 771 090 kWh, which constitutes 42.3% of the entire contract. The Contractor is required to perform hourly and profile balancing of energy injected into and withdrawn from the grid (net billing / prosumer deposit).
