TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of ticket and transport document inspection services on trains operated by Warszawska Kolej Dojazdowa sp. z o.o. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (SWZ), in which the Contracting Authority has specified the maximum scope of the subject of the contract, subject to paragraph 3. 3.
