TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a ticket and carriage document inspection service on trains operated by Warszawska Kolej Dojazdowa sp. z o.o. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, in which the Contracting Authority specified the maximum scope of the subject matter of the contract, subject to clause 3. 3.
