TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of physical security services for the Employer’s facilities and property, i.e. the Medical University of Warsaw, and remote monitoring services at selected Employer facilities (including during night hours and on days off work). 2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Annex No 3 to the contract – the scope of security, and Annex No 4 to the contract – the Basic duties of the security staff member. 3. The Contractor’s duties will include: 1) performing the services covered by the contract, under the terms specified in the Draft contract constituting Annex No 8 to the SWZ, 2) ensuring protection of persons and property, implemented in the form of direct physical protection based on a current concession issued by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration pursuant to the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025, item 532). 1.
