TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service consisting of the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste specified in the contract description from properties located within the Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce Municipality inhabited by residents (uninhabited properties, businesses, family allotment gardens, institutions, cemeteries are not covered by the contract), in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse, and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfilling, in accordance with the provisions of: the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2024, item 399), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment dated 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1530), the Regulation of the Minister of Environment dated 15 December 2017 on levels restricting landfilling of biodegradable municipal waste mass (Journal of Laws 2017, item 2412), and the provisions of the…
