4.1 The subject matter of the contract is “Provision of the service of collecting municipal waste and managing that waste from property owners in respect of properties where residents live, generated within the territory of Gmina Konopiska”. 4.2 The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected at all properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of Gmina Konopiska. As part of the contract, the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste delivered by the property owners in the above-mentioned municipality where residents live is required, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the amount of municipal waste biodegradable in nature delivered for landfill as part of the entrusted task.
