TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport, and management of municipal waste generated in the territory of the City and Municipality of Janów along with the implementation of additional services and obligations. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) Collection of municipal waste from property owners remaining in the municipal municipal waste collection system of the City and Municipality of Janów (Silesian Voivodeship, Częstochowa County): a. cyclically at the source system, b. at the Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point system (hereinafter "MPSZOK"), c. from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter "PSZOK"), 2) Transport of waste from locations indicated in point 1) above to the municipal waste collection point or waste processing site, 3) Management of previously collected and transported municipal waste (in accordance with the detailed provisions of the contract documents), 4) Services related to providing or delivering containers, bins and bags intended for depositing municipal waste, 5) Implementation of services and obligations related to the above points 1) – 4). 2.
