TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1 The subject of the contract is: provision of the collection and management service for municipal waste from the area of residential properties and non-residential properties located within the territory of the Rudnik Commune in 2027. 4.2 The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the collection, transport and management (in accordance with the waste hierarchy procedure) of municipal waste in a manner enabling/ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, the level of disposal of municipal waste and waste originating from processing of municipal waste, and the level of limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws 2025, item 733), and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above-mentioned Act, and during the term of the contract the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Rudnik Commune and the rules set out in the Resolution of the Commune Council on specifying the detailed method and scope of…
