TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of home care services within the city of Racibórz for 20 non-independent persons - participants of the project entitled “Good Autumn of Life – care for residents aged 60+ from the city of Racibórz” EFS Plus 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of home care services within the City of Racibórz for 20 Participants in the amount of 4364 hours. The indicated number of hours is the minimum quantity to be used as part of performance of the subject of the contract. 2. The contract is co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus resources under the regional programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Śląskiego 2021-2027, Priority FESL.07 European Funds for Society, Measure 07.04 Social services as part of the project “Good Autumn of Life – care for residents aged 60+ from the City of Racibórz”. 3. Home care services should be provided while respecting the personhood of persons who are not independent and their independence. 4.
