TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of office premises cleaning services at the registered office of the Energy Regulatory Office located in Warsaw at 25a Towarowa Street, together with the supply of toilet articles and cleaning agents. The description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ entitled Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. The remaining conditions for the performance of the contract have been specified in the Draft contractual provisions, which constitute Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.
