TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service involving the sanitary transport of patients and biological materials for the provision of health services, for the needs of ZOZ Oświęcim. The service will be provided in accordance with the Client’s ongoing needs (the Client reserves the right to carry out sanitary transports with its own transport teams). 2. The transport of persons for the ZOZ in Oświęcim must meet the requirements of the National Health Fund and must in particular include the transport of the Client’s patients: - between wards due to their location in different buildings, - to other healthcare entities, - transport of patients for consultations, diagnostic tests and/or to take patients home and to bring (carry) the patient in by the Contractor, - transport of blood and material for diagnostic tests to other facilities. The number of trips depends on the Client’s current needs indicated in the Client’s order.
