TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a cleaning service, maintenance of cleanliness, and performance of cleaning works for the needs of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Office in Kielce in buildings with an area of 15,224.80 m2 located within the city of Kielce. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 3. Before submitting an offer for the performance of services covered by this contract, the contracting authority recommends that the contractor carries out a site visit of the place where the subject matter of the contract is to be performed in order to, at its own responsibility, identify the possibility of any risk affecting the costs of performing the contract necessary to prepare the offer. Failure to use the right to conduct a site visit by the contractor may not constitute a basis for formulating any claims at the stage of contract performance if the contractor's offer is considered the most advantageous in the given procedure.
