Świadczenie usługi utrzymania i rozwoju Systemu Punktu Informacyjnego do spraw Telekomunikacji

The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total duration: The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract for 18 months from the date of concluding the agreement, but no later than March 31, 2028, including the Optional Order.
• Contract start date: From the date of concluding the agreement.
• Contract end date: No later than March 31, 2028.

Key milestones/phases:

• Basic Order (Zamówienie Podstawowe): Up to 6 months from the date of signing the agreement, but no later than March 31, 2027.
• System Maintenance Service: From the date of concluding the agreement, but not earlier than October 1, 2026, until December 31, 2026.
• PRL Application Creation Service: Up to 12 weeks from the date of concluding the agreement, but no later than December 18, 2026. December 18, 2026, is the final deadline for the client to accept this service.
• Order Service (100 working hours): From the date of concluding the agreement until March 31, 2027, on a date agreed upon by the parties.
• Optional Order (Zamówienie Opcjonalne): Up to 18 months from the date of signing the agreement, but no later than March 31, 2028.
• System Maintenance Service: For a maximum of 15 months, provided in periods indicated by the client, but not earlier than January 1, 2027, and not later than March 31, 2028.
• CBO Migration and Expansion Service: 1 month from the date the client provides the declaration to the contractor.
• PIT Map Portal Creation Service: 3 months from the date the client provides the declaration to the contractor.
• PIT API Expansion Service: 1 month from the date the client provides the declaration to the contractor.
• Order Service (after exhausting the initial 100 working hours): On a date agreed upon by the parties, but no later than March 31, 2028.
