TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of investor supervision services and other services specified in the proposed provisions of the Contract, performed by the Contract Engineer for the Ordering Party in connection with the implementation of an investment project involving the expansion and modernisation of the University Clinical Hospital in Białystok, including the construction of the University Centre for Personalised Oncology. The investment will be carried out under the "design and build" system by the General Contractor selected by the Ordering Party in a separate public procurement procedure. The Contract Engineer performs the function of a professional representative and adviser to the Ordering Party, supporting it in terms of substantive, organisational and technical matters at all stages of the investment project— from activities preceding the selection of the General Contractor, through the stage of design and execution of construction works by the General Contractor up to the date of its final defect-free acceptance.
