TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of IT equipment support services for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for the Małopolska Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund in Kraków, in particular including the provision of: a) technical support services for HPE IT equipment specified in point V of Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, under the terms specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, b) substantive support for at least 25 working days of substantive support under the terms specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
