“Provision of the service of renting furnished accommodation spaces for artists and guest performers of the Teatr Wielki – National Opera” 1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of furnished accommodation rental services for a period of 12 months for artists and guest performers of the Teatr Wielki – National Opera. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ entitled “Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract – Price Form”. The scope and manner of performance of the contract are set out in the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
