TENDER DESCRIPTION

Providing specialized care services at the place of residence for persons requiring assistance in the Municipality of Dąbrowa Górnicza 1. The subject matter of the contract includes services tailored to the specific life needs of persons, arising from the type of their illness or disability, provided by persons with specialized professional training. The above-mentioned services are provided in accordance with Article 17(1)(11), Article 50 and Article 50a of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance and the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of 22.09.2005 on specialized care services. 2.
