TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement services of the joint services of the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) request your tender for cardiopulmonary bypass machines and device accessories for the machines in accordance with this tender request and its appendices. Cardiopulmonary bypass machines are used for the guidance and monitoring of extracorporeal blood circulation during cardiopulmonary perfusion. This tender request is conditional such that the procurement will be carried out if sufficient appropriations have been reserved for it in the budget for the years 2026–2031. One cardiopulmonary bypass machine is intended to be purchased in 2026 or 2027. In addition, one or two machines will be purchased later within the appropriations. For the equipment, the contract is valid for a fixed term of 5 years, and up to three cardiopulmonary bypass machines can be purchased under the contract. For the device accessories, the contract is valid for a fixed term of 5 years and will continue thereafter for an indefinite period.
