TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement services of the North Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (Pohde) group services requests your offer for cardiopulmonary bypass machines and equipment supplies for the machines in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. Cardiopulmonary bypass machines are used for the control and monitoring of extracorporeal blood circulation during cardiopulmonary perfusion. This request for tender is conditional such that the procurement will be carried out if sufficient appropriations have been allocated for it in the budget for the years 2026–2031. One cardiopulmonary bypass machine is intended to be acquired in 2026 or in 2027. In addition, one or two machines will be acquired later within the allocated appropriations. For the equipment, the contract is valid for a fixed term of 5 years, and up to three cardiopulmonary bypass machines may be procured under the contract. For equipment supplies, the contract is valid for a fixed term of 5 years and continues thereafter until further notice.
