The framework agreement comprises the repair work in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 of the system KPz Leopard 2A6 / A6A1 / A6M at maintenance level 4 with the following material numbers (NSN): 123495239 123561326 123629655 123629656 The forecast volume for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is 6 systems in the performance type F88. The upper limit for this period is 6 systems in the performance type F88. Once the upper limit has been reached, the framework agreement loses its effectiveness. The framework agreement may optionally be extended until 31.06.2028 (extension option 1). Additionally, during extension period 1, a maximum of up to 3 systems in the performance type F88 may be included. The framework agreement may optionally be extended until 31.12.2028 (extension option 2). Additionally, during extension period 2, a maximum of up to 2 systems in the performance type F88 may be included. The contracting authority has no obligation to place orders for the optional systems.
