The framework agreement covers the repair work in the period from 01.01.2028 to 31.12.2030 of the TPz Fuchs A8 system at maintenance level 4 with the following material numbers (NSN): 123710631 123710644 123710640 123789724 123710629 123825028 123789722 123842155 123825032 123825033 123825023 123824972 123861273 123922781 123939203 123939176 123939205 124031589 The projected volume is a planned quantity of 66 systems in service type W86 and, if required, a planned quantity of 18 systems in service type W82 for the performance period from 01.01.2028 to 31.12.2030. Optionally, up to 7 additional systems may be ordered in service type W86. (Quantity option, standard contract term) Optionally, up to 2 additional systems may be ordered in service type W82. (Quantity option, standard contract term) The upper limit for this period is 73 systems in service type W86 and 20 systems in service type W82. Once the upper limit has been reached, the framework agreement loses its effect. Optionally, the framework agreement may be extended until 31.12.2031 (extension option).
