TENDER DESCRIPTION

The IT infrastructure of the project has been developed with a view to ensuring reliability, flexibility, and efficiency of data processing and storage in two key centers: the National Digital Archives (Primary Data Processing Center) and the National Archives in Krakow (Backup Data Processing Center). Data security will be a priority, taking into account advanced mechanisms for access management, activity monitoring, and failure handling. System security measures will protect data during processing, storage, and transmission between centers via the dedicated MPLS network of the State Archives. The project focuses on the use of modern technologies while ensuring effective management and expansion of archival data repositories, their protection, and availability in the long term.
