The contract timeline is as follows:

The contract enters into force upon the parties' signing. However, the contract period will not commence until the System has been commissioned and approved in accordance with the Agreement. The actual start date occurs on the first working day after the system is approved.

The initial contract period is three (3) years from the date of commissioning. The client has the option to extend the contract by one (1) year, and then by an additional one (1) year. The maximum total contract period is five (5) years.

Key milestones and phases include:

• The system should aim to be commissioned within six (6) weeks after the award decision, barring any delays due to contract lock, review, or other client-responsible circumstances.
• An Implementation Plan, which is a key annex to the agreement, outlines activities, roles, resources, milestones, testing, migration, training, and a timeline leading up to commissioning.
• There is an "Acceptance Period" during which acceptance testing is performed, and the client must provide written approval or rejection of the system.
• The "Agreed start date" marks when the supplier is responsible for the system's availability.

Personal data must be stored and processed within the EU/EES, and serious security incidents must be reported promptly.
• Ongoing Consultancy: Provision for continuous work and consulting services.
• System Demonstration: The bidder is required to propose dates and times for a system demonstration.
