TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this above-threshold public services contract awarded in an open procedure pursuant to Section 56 et seq. of the Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement (ZZVZ) is to conclude (i) an agreement for the implementation of an application/applications focused on supporting the management of financial risks for the needs of Risk Tools, the HBK System – Rating Calculator (the “HBK System – Rating Calculator”; the “Implementation Agreement”) and (ii) the follow-up agreements on maintenance, support and development of the HBK System – Rating Calculator (the “Service Agreement”; the Implementation Agreement and the Service Agreement collectively the “Agreements” or the “Contractual Documentation”). The subject of the Public Contract is the supply and implementation of a new application or applications aimed at supporting risk management tools, and the provision of related services, specifically: - supply and implementation of the HBK System – Rating Calculator; - development of Rating Models according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority; - independent validation of the developed Rating Models; - services leading to the successful implementation of the HBK…
