TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the execution of a tender under an open procedure in the intergovernmental treaty area, IGS Informatikgesellschaft für Sozialversicherungen GmbH (IGS) as contracting authority intends to procure external support for the management and further development of the ECM program. The ECM program is responsible for the integration, introduction, and further development of the newly developed information system OPUS, which gradually replaces the previously used solution. OPUS serves as an integrated information and work platform forming the basis for the digital and workflow-based case processing of the 16 affiliated social insurance companies. The introduction is staggered as part of a multi-year transformation program until the end of 2030. The subject of this tender is the provision of services in the areas of program management, project management, and Project Management Office (PMO). The services particularly include the management, conception, planning, control, coordination, monitoring, and completion of program and project tasks, as well as support in the further development, migration, introduction, transformation, and transfer of the solution into operational use.
