The contract timeline is as follows:

The contract start date is the day of its conclusion.

The contract end date is upon the proper completion by the Contractor of all required elements of the contract, but no longer than 64 months from the date of its conclusion.

The total duration of the contract is a maximum of 64 months.

• Etap I - Analiza systemowa (System Analysis Phase): Successive acceptances are due within 2 months from the contract conclusion date. This phase includes discussing Employer's requirements, agreeing on system handling, developing the System Analysis document, and Employer's acceptance of Phase I.
• Etap II - Przygotowanie, zainstalowanie oraz skonfigurowanie Systemu (Preparation, Installation, and Configuration of the System Phase):

• Installation and configuration of the System (production version) is within 3 months from the contract conclusion date.

• ETAP IIa - Wstępne usługi utrzymania (Preliminary Maintenance Services Phase): These services are provided for individual modules, if applicable, from the date a Module is made available until the actual start of its use in the production version, for a maximum of 11 months.
• Etap III - Uruchomienie i udzielenie licencji (Launch and Licensing Phase):
• Making the System available for use is within 4 months from the contract conclusion date.
• Preparation and transfer of Documentation to the Employer is within 1 month from the date the System is made available for use.
• This phase includes successive data migration, making the System available for use (test and production environments), successive user and administrator trainings, granting licenses, providing Desk Assistance services, and Employer's acceptance of Phase III.
• Etap IV - Świadczenie usług utrzymania Systemu (System Maintenance Services Phase): Provision of Maintenance Services for Clients for a total of up to 60 months from the date the System is made available for use. For Clients, this is for 12 months from the end of Preliminary Maintenance Services or from the production system's availability if no Preliminary Maintenance Services are provided.
• Etap V - Skorzystanie przez Zamawiającego z prawa opcji dla Klientów i/lub Klientów dodatkowych (Employer's Exercise of Option Right for Clients and/or Additional Clients Phase): This phase covers the scope of work described in Phases I-IV for Modules.
• Provision of Maintenance Services for a maximum of 60 calendar months from the date the Module is handed over for use by the Client or Additional Client.
• Provision of Maintenance Services for Clients, successively after the cessation of basic order Maintenance Services, for a total of 48 months.
• Provision of maintenance services for additional Clients successively for a maximum of 60 months.
• Provision of Development Services will occur successively from the contract signing date until its completion.
