TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the supply of a system for independent dose calculation, dosimetric verification of the plan and transmission dosimetry in radiotherapy according to the specification and under the conditions set out in Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation. For the duration of the public contract (GR-Lot-PlannedDuration): Annex No. 3a to the tender documentation (Model purchase contract) 3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the system and fulfil its other obligations under Article 2.1 of the contract within 180 days from the date on which the contract becomes effective. The Seller is obliged to deliver information, documents and records required for acceptance and use of the equipment, including the equipment serial number (UDI) under Article 2.1 of the contract, with at least 10 days’ notice. 6.2. The Seller provides a warranty for the system for a period of 24 months. The warranty period is extended by the period during which the system is not operational due to defects covered by the warranty.
