TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the creation of a modern system for creating rosters, which will ensure efficient, secure and user-friendly shift scheduling in continuous operation. The system will make it possible to create rosters covering all required shifts and will allow data to be managed in accordance with the definitions stated in Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement No. 104/2026/IS/190 (hereinafter referred to as the “framework agreement”) – Technical specification. The user interface will provide easy and secure access to scheduling results from various types of devices, including private mobile phones and computers outside the environment of ŘLP ČR, s. p. Access will be secured appropriately and the organisation’s existing infrastructure will be taken into account. The system will be designed as a web application comprising three separate interfaces – Planner, My Roster and ATS Panel. Each of them is intended for a different group of users and provides a corresponding set of functions, from creating and managing rosters to daily scheduling of activities in the ATS hall.
