TENDER DESCRIPTION

The dynamic purchasing system is defined without any minimum amount limit, with the following maximum amount: EUR 500,000 excluding tax (HT) per year, i.e. EUR 2,000,000 excluding tax (HT) over 4 years. The estimated acquisition amount for the first year is: EUR 260,000 including tax (TTC). Where the estimated value of the requirement is higher than the threshold for a formal procedure in accordance with Article R2162-38 of the Public Procurement Code (code de la commande publique), the contracting authority will comply with the publication rules for a restricted call for tenders for the specific contracts. The terms for submission and selection of applications are detailed in the consultation rules (RC) (règlement de consultation). Only approved candidates will be able to participate thereafter in the specific contracts. The consultation procedure is entirely electronic. The award criteria for tenders and the tender evaluation methods are indicated in the RC. The initial deadline for submission of applications (first phase of admission of candidates into the DPS) is 13/10/2026 at 12:00 noon.
