The services are broken down into 8 categories, as follows: Category 1: Light vehicles for private use with thermal, hybrid or electric engine, new or used Maximum permissible laden weight (G.V.W.) : less than 3.5 tonnes Number of seats : 4 to 5 Estimated value: €320,000 ex VAT over the total duration of the dynamic purchasing system Category 2: Small utility vehicles (Type Kangoo, Berlingo, Partner, Express or similar) with thermal, hybrid or electric engine, new or used Maximum permissible laden weight (G.V.W.) : less than 3.5 tonnes Number of seats: 2 Estimated value: €180,000 ex VAT over the total duration of the dynamic purchasing system.
