TENDER DESCRIPTION

This qualification system aims to include in a dedicated panel any company that has demonstrated its capacity (legal, economic and financial, technical, professional, and organizational) to carry out piping and/or utility works related to the construction of new heat and cold production and distribution units for DALKIA in the Departments of the Mediterranean region. The panel of qualified companies is divided into several categories. These are determined according to: 1) The scope of action (all departments of the Mediterranean region listed below + Monaco); 2) The type of operation: Type 1: Piping works for production plants up to DN 400; Type 2: Piping works in substations; Type 3: Design and manufacture of custom SKIDS; Type 4: Pump station works on sewer heating and seawater heating systems. The applicant company specifies the scope of action and the type of operation for which it wishes to be qualified. It will receive the consultation dossiers for specific contracts concerning these territories and fields of competence.
