TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is intended to renew the Human Resources Information System of ARTE France and its subsidiaries for Time Management and Absences, as of 1 January 2028..
 This is the implementation project for a time and absence management solution in SaaS mode (hereinafter referred to as the “Solution”), its operation and maintenance, including: 
 - The implementation phase comprising installation of the Solution, design and production of functional and technical specifications, tailoring of the statutory/regulatory provisions in accordance with the functionalities described in the Special Technical Clauses (hereinafter referred to as the “STCC”), development of the interfaces required to integrate the Solution within the target HRIS of ARTE France, the test plan, management and coordination of the implementation, assistance with testing, deployment and go-live, the reversal plan; 
 - Technical, software, corrective, improvement (evolutive), regulatory and preventive maintenance as part of the Solution’s recurring services, depending on the service levels expected by ARTE France.
