TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City Environment Administration has a need to meet the organisation’s requirements for a modern, integrated IT support system that replaces today’s separate solutions for project management and work order management. The purpose of this procurement is to introduce an IT support system that contributes to: • more efficient working methods and reduced manual handling • improved quality, traceability and availability of operational data • strengthened support for planning, execution, follow-up and financial management • improved opportunities for integration and information exchange with adjacent systems The assignment includes delivery, implementation and commissioning of an IT support system for planning, execution and follow-up of operational, maintenance and infrastructure projects, including work order and change request (ÄTA) handling. The solution is to be used within the business areas Infrastructure and functions, Refuse collection and winter services, and Landscaping and support, and support approximately 250 users in both office-based and operational roles.
