TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of full service for the entire Alcatel PBX system, Session Border Controller (SBC), Omnivista, and the robot 5 ALO call center system. In addition, the contract is intended to update the existing telecommunications equipment and/or to extend it in a compatible manner. Due to the requirement profile of the existing communications infrastructure, it is additionally necessary to place individual orders on the basis of the manufacturer Alcatel-Lucent’s entire range of offers. Therefore, it must be possible to procure all components of the entire product catalog of Alcatel-Lucent under this contract.
