The contract timeline is as follows:

The Framework Agreement's effective start date is the earlier of either the date when the existing framework agreement, signed on January 31, 2025, for 24 months, exhausts its available budget (anticipated around December 2026), or its expiration date of January 31, 2027. The Framework Agreement is established for a fixed duration of 24 calendar months. The contract will terminate upon the completion of this 24-month period or if the total value of the individual delivery orders reaches the specified Framework Amount and the services are properly performed, whichever occurs first.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the provision of international and domestic transportation and material handling services for the Budapesti Fesztiválzenekar (Budapest Festival Orchestra).

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Domestic transportation services within Budapest for vehicles both under and over 3.5 tons, charged per trip.
• Domestic transportation services outside Budapest for vehicles both under and over 3.5 tons, charged per kilometer, including potential waiting time charges per hour.
• International transportation services for vehicles under 3.5 tons, charged per kilometer.
• International transportation services for tours, charged per kilometer, with additional charges for waiting time per day and a coordination fee per tour.
• Loading and material handling services, charged per hour.
• Cargo space heating services, charged per hour.

The services require drivers with experience in theatrical, stage, or concert hall logistics. The quantities specified for these services are estimated over a two-year contract period.
