TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Standby Police (Készenléti Rendőrség) conducts a conditional public procurement procedure in two tender lots in the subject of “Computers and Monitors (Migration)” as follows: Lot 1: 500 pcs of computers. The exact technical parameters of the products to be procured are contained in the technical description by lot. As a result of the public procurement procedure, a purchase contract is concluded for each lot with the successful Tenderer. With regard to the provisions of Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) on the manner of proving suitability and exclusion grounds, as well as on the method for defining the technical specifications in public procurement procedures (hereinafter: Gov.
