TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a Pneumococcal Vaccine containing serotype 19A antigen for conducting mandatory vaccinations for children up to 5 years of age and for reserve, , in accordance with the rules specified in the content of the SWZ. 2. Total quantity (purchase volume): 130,000 doses 3. When selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase of the medicinal product, however by no more than 20% of each part of the above-mentioned subject matter of the contract, in the event of exceeding the amount allocated for the performance of the contract or the occurrence of objective and justified needs, in particular changes in demand among patients. 4. Pursuant to Article 256 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the contract award procedure, as appropriate, before the deadline for submission of tenders, if circumstances arise such that further conduct of the procedure is not justified. 5.
