TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a Hepatitis B virus vaccine for persons with renal insufficiency, including those on dialysis, in accordance with the rules set out in the content of the SWZ. 2. Total number (purchase volume): 5,000 doses. 3. When selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase of the medicinal product, however by no more than 20% of each part of the above subject of the contract, in the event that the amount allocated for the performance of the contract is exceeded or objective and justified needs arise, in particular changes in demand among patients. 4. Pursuant to Article 256 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the contract award procedure, as appropriate, before the deadline for submission of tenders, if circumstances arise that make further conduct of the procedure unjustified. 5. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted. 6.
