TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority states that the subject and quantity of the public procurement are uniformly defined in summary form in the current "Description of Procurement" and "Description of Procurement (the nature and quantity of construction investment, goods procurement or services, and the definition of needs and requirements)" sections. The structural and architectural renovation of the pools is necessary; therefore, the coatings and insulation will be demolished. Accordingly, the fittings inside the pools, the floor air inlets, drains, and water drainage elements will also be demolished. New equipment and pipes compliant with standards will be installed in the pool bodies, meeting the conditions for professional insulation. The building electrical and building monitoring systems will be renovated, everywhere with installation, fittings, and distribution equipment with network protection appropriate to the nature of the premises.
