TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this procurement is to provide equipment under a lease contract for the Molecular Genetics Department and Molecular Pathology Departments of the National Institute of Oncology to perform molecular diagnostic tasks. The winning tenderer’s task is to provide the National Institute of Oncology with a high-performance sequencing device suitable for different settings and measurement modes, capable of processing 9,000 samples annually plus 30% extra quantity for a period of 24 months. The maximum processing time for the samples is 14 calendar days from sample collection to report issuance. The offered device must be capable of performing the following sequencing measurements: 1. Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) 2. Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) 3. Comprehensive genomic profiling from liquid biopsy samples (simultaneous examination of > 500 genes) 4. Transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) 5. Single-cell genomic analyses 6. Spatial and multi-omics analyses 7. Methylation and epigenomic analyses 8. Proteomic and multi-omics integrated analyses.
