TENDER DESCRIPTION

Budapest Gyógyfürdői és Hévizei Zrt., as the contracting authority, intends to procure passenger cars (in categories A, B, C) under a long-term rental contract for a duration of 4 years, with the provision of fleet management services, in accordance with the details set out in the technical specification. Category “A”: procurement of 1 unit of a mid-size electric passenger car under a long-term rental contract, with the provision of the associated fleet management services; Category “B”: procurement of 1 unit of a mid-size hybrid passenger car under a long-term rental contract, with the provision of the associated fleet management services; Category “C”: procurement of 1 unit of a mid-size hybrid passenger car with four-wheel drive under a long-term rental contract, with the provision of the associated fleet management services. In all three categories, only vehicles of the same make may be offered; however, the vehicle type for each category may differ. For all vehicles, the number of persons to be transported is 5.
