TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within a framework service contract of the contractor-type, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the service start date, the Hungarian Post Zrt. shall transport, using buses, for approximately 1,000 employees in total, typically on every day of the week, in a scheduled, shift-based working schedule, between targeted scheduled stops and the contracting authority’s specified sites (including any possible new sites affected by the contracting authority’s logistics development). Passenger transport is carried out with buses of different sizes; monthly consultations and finalisation take place for flexible, changing timetables. During the use of the service, the routes, bus sizes, and planned kilometres are contained in the Tender Documentation. The contracting authority may call off the contract framework amount for any location; it is not obliged to issue orders for every location, and it also does not undertake to fully exhaust the framework amount. A further task is to fulfil ad hoc, non-targeted scheduled passenger transport requirements of the contracting authority by bus.
