TENDER DESCRIPTION
Purchase contract for the procurement of 1 OCT device for the Ophthalmology Clinic of the University of Szeged, Albert Szent-Györgyi Clinical Center, including installation and training as detailed in the Technical Specification. The device must be new; used or demo devices are not acceptable. References to specific manufacturers and types in the technical specification – based on Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.) Section 46 (3) – are made to clearly define the subject matter. The contracting authority also accepts equivalent offers that fully satisfy the parameters specified in the technical specification table. Bidders must declare any deviation from the specified manufacturer, origin, or type in their offer and must adequately prove/verify by any appropriate means that their proposed solutions equivalently meet the technical specification requirements set out in the public procurement technical specification.
