TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Creating an awareness-raising centre The Winning Bidder’s task is to ensure the continuous opening, operation and management of the centre, with opening hours of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, to welcome visitors and provide them with comprehensive information. Requirements for the centre: at least a heated room of 20 sq m; it must be within a 5 km radius of the new sorting plant; it must have a street-facing frontage, with internet access; equipped with a 43-inch TV, a computer and a telephone line. The rental fee of the room and its equipment shall be borne by the Winning Bidder. During the Awareness-raising campaign, in addition to involving 1 environmental expert, employing a further 2 persons is necessary to ensure the continuous opening of the centre. 2. Creation, operation and continuous content uploading of a website The Winning Bidder’s task is to create a new website, upload the initial content, and promote the project’s objectives.
