TENDER DESCRIPTION
Subject of the procurement: Expansion of the Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Department of SZTE SZAKK Szentes Multidisciplinary Center by 18 beds. The building has two levels (basement + mezzanine floor). In the wing affected by the design, within the existing rooms, 9 double rooms equipped with showers and toilets, meeting the modern medical needs, will be created with a new floor plan scheme, including storerooms, a nurse's resting room, staff washroom, examination room, multifunctional room, waiting room, and doctor's office. Out of the patient rooms, 4 rooms suitable for barrier-free use will be established with corresponding accessible washrooms, serving patients using wheelchairs. The total net floor area of the building section affected by the alteration and renovation is 466.94 m2. The basement renovation covers an area of 56.79 m2, and the area of rooms affected by alteration and renovation on the mezzanine floor totals 410.35 m2.
